Form and Substance

My first time at Canettes d'épinette, the Cartesian mural barely captures the warmth of the atmosphere. What generosity to be surrounded by kind, talented and warm artists and people.
The work aims to explore, with a mink frog as it's subject, the technical limitations of colour and tone. Inspired by stereoscopes in a way that crossing one's eyes adds depth, looking at it as a diptych allows the viewer to examine the two methodologies concurrently.
