Latex mural for the library and cultural center ofPlateau-Mont-Royal tTo celebrate the diverse activities offered in this wonderful space, I illustrated local birds with anthropomorphized forms, engaged in various pastimes. A reading alder flycatcher, a dancing gull, and a song swallow flourish amidst asters and black-eyed susans in a thousand and one colors.
Continuing my exploration of the often-overlooked local flora and fauna, I wanted to celebrate these creatures we take for granted, highlighting the importance not only of the nature that surrounds us but also of the diverse people who make up our community.
